More Info on Waiting Room Policies
A Message About COVID-19 from Dr. Wood:
The health and safety of the patients, parents, and my team at Oread Orthodontics is my top priority. It is our responsibility to the community for EVERYONE to do their part to help contain this problem. In order to keep everyone as safe as possible I would like to share with you our response to COVID-19 and policies moving forward.
We ask that the waiting room and clinic area be kept minimally occupied. Any persons other than the scheduled patient and their parent or guardian should remain at home or in their vehicle if possible. This includes siblings and friends. All persons in the building must be wearing a mask.
If your child is currently scheduled for an appointment and is experiencing any flu-like symptoms, OR if you or the scheduled patient has traveled outside the state in the last 14 days, please notify our office at 785-856-2483 and we will get you rescheduled at your convenience.
Please know that our regular sterilization and disinfection protocols are designed to be effective at preventing COVID-19, the flu, and other communicable diseases. We will continue monitoring our sterilization process and are equipped with the necessary protection materials to maintain a sterile environment.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation and flexibility during this time.
